OBM On Call Coaching Agreement

By purchasing OBM On Call, you (the Client) acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of the Relationship

You understand that this is a coaching and consulting relationship, not therapy, legal, or financial advice. My role is to provide guidance, support, and expertise to help you make informed decisions in your business.

2. Results Disclaimer

You acknowledge that I do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results. The success of our work together depends on many factors, including your own effort, implementation, and decision-making. I cannot—and do not—promise increased revenue, followers, sales, or any specific business growth.

3. Coaching Calls

You are entitled to four (4) private coaching sessions to be scheduled over a 4-week period. It is your responsibility to book all four sessions within that time frame. You understand that:

  • I will not chase or remind you to book your calls.

  • Unused sessions will not be rolled over or rescheduled after the 4-week period.

  • If you do not schedule or attend your calls within the 4 weeks, you forfeit them. No exceptions.

  • Rescheduling a booked session requires at least 24 hours’ notice.

4. Access to The Pocket OBM Club

Your purchase includes 30 days of access to The Pocket OBM Club. This is a support space for additional guidance, feedback, and community—not for 1:1 coaching between sessions.

5. Intellectual Property

All tools, templates, strategies, and materials shared with you are for your personal business use only. You agree not to reproduce, share, or sell them without written permission.

6. No Refunds

Due to the nature of this offer and the limited number of clients accepted, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

7. Mutual Respect

This container is built on mutual respect and honest communication. If at any time either party feels the agreement is not being upheld in good faith, we will communicate openly to resolve it.
